Oh Hail!

How's your Monday going?  Mine is noisy because TODAY is the day we are finally getting new windows and a new sliding glass door installed.  See, in Parker, CO, we live in what’s known as “Hail Alley”.  This almost guarantees you a new roof or windows about every 6-8 years.  Fun, not fun!  Believe me, we pay for it in our insurance premiums!

If your windows look like THIS, you might need new windows:

Do you have damage from hailstorms? In the State of Colorado, you have two years to make a claim, and get it fixed (*I am not an attorney, please seek legal advice*).  It’s BEST to make that claim ASAP, and get it fixed within the year.  Are you thinking of selling your home? You will definitely want to have a licensed contractor or insurance adjuster evaluate your home for damage.

Have you made a claim, and haven’t found time to do the work?  Please get that ball rolling, or you could end up defending yourself against insurance fraud down the road, and I can guarantee it will come up when you try to sell your home.

Do you need referrals? As a real estate agent, I have built a network of trustworthy professionals who can take care of any repairs, remodeling or other home services.  From Designers to Plumbers, Contractors to Insurance professionals, I have had the pleasure of working with some really great people.

For this project, I am working with Chad King, owner of Foundation2Finish.  Chad is my Go-To guy, and we have worked on multiple projects together.

Real Estate agents do much more than just sell homes!  If you are thinking of selling or buying, I would love to show you how my full-service, hands-on approach will make the entire experience enjoyable and smooth.
